Spring time in the restaurant Vincents started with great news.
The Baltic Wine List Awards in cooperation with Amber Beverage Group was held on March 9th for the first time. There were awarded restaurants, bars and hotels with the best wine lists. Restaurant Vincents has been awarded as the Best Restaurant Wine List in the Baltic Countries.
On March 10th within Riga Wine & Champagne festival our restaurant manager and A.S.I. Best Sommelier of Europe and Africa 2017 Raimonds Tomsons set a new world record for opening champagne with the Sabrage method. Sabrage is a ceremonial technique when a champagne bottle is opened with a sabre, cutting off the top of the bottle.
